Channel Sales Manager – Hospitality & Entertainment

As the Sales Manager for Hospitality Business at SYQEL, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry. Your primary objective will be to sell SYQEL’s music visualization platform in bulk to hospitality businesses, enabling them to transform their spaces with mesmerizing visual experiences synchronized to music.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target potential hospitality businesses, including hotel chains, lounges, resorts, and event venues.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of the needs, pain points, and preferences of the hospitality industry in relation to music and entertainment.
  3. Create and execute a strategic sales plan to reach out to prospects, establish relationships, and drive revenue growth through bulk sales of the SYQEL platform.
  4. Conduct in-depth research on prospects to gather relevant information and tailor sales pitches to their specific requirements.
  5. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of the SYQEL platform, emphasizing its ability to enhance guest experiences and increase customer engagement.
  6. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with prospective clients, ensuring the best possible outcome for both parties.
  7. Collaborate with the SYQEL marketing team to develop targeted sales collateral, including brochures, case studies, and presentations, to support sales efforts.
  8. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market demands to proactively adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  10. Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in selling technology solutions or software platforms to hospitality businesses.
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
  4. Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales quotas.
  5. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  6. A deep understanding of the hospitality industry, its dynamics, and the challenges faced by businesses in this sector.
  7. Familiarity with music and audiovisual technologies is a plus, but not mandatory.
  8. Ability to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed.
